TL;DR: It is reported the second case worldwide of a prosthetic hemodialysis vascular graft infection by Coxiella burnetii, with intense hypermetabolism on PET-CT, Q fever serology consistent with persistent infection, and positive C. burningetii DNA in the blood and removed vascular graft.

TL;DR: A 35-year old man, with a deep pectus excavatum due to a Marfan syndrome treated 9 years before for an acute type A dissection involving only the aortic arch, by a Bentall surgery, was admitted for acute chest pain and an hybrid technique associating full supra aortsic vessels debranching and STABILISE technique during the same procedure was performed.
