TL;DR: The finding of this study demonstrated that among IBD patients in the authors' area, enteric phenotype and inflammatory behavior in Crohn's disease and pancolitis phenotyp in ulcerative colitis e are more prevalent.

A Senile Man With Cystic Lesion of Liver and Biliary Obstruction
TL;DR: An 83-year-old man presented with fever, biliary pain, and eosinophilia for 2 weeks, and Laboratory investigation revealed the following results: white blood cell count, 16.3 K/ mm; eOSinophil count, 5%;polymorphonuclear neutrophil count; and conjugated bilirubin, 1.1 mg/dL.
