The Water as an element with its force is applied to the solid substances and thus violates their. A man started to notice the power of water and gradually it began to exploit to their advantage and developed technology of machining of various materials, which brought a facility generating pressure water jet. [1] Presently cutting materials technology is an essential technology pre-production stages. Article discusses the production system with technology of abrasive water jet and is aimed at assessing the impact of selected factors of the technological process in the dividing of materials using this technology. The main part describes the influence of factors on the depth of cut and surface topography of machined in terms of roughness. At the end of the article are evaluated selected technological factors used in cutting of materials.

Progressive Technology Diagnostics and Factors Affecting Machinability

The main effort of each technological process is not only to reduce the costs, but also to reduce the impact on the environment. The technology of abrasive water jet is one of the methods of division and cutting materials with the lowest impact on the environment, since water is the cutting tool, in our case with the addition of an abrasive. The aim of the measurement was the observation (examination) and evaluation of the vibration impact on the technological head in the technology of abrasive water jet when changing the selected technological parameters, namely the feed rate of the technological head. The experiments were carried out on one kind of material - steel HARDOX 500 with a thickness of 10 mm. The impact of the change of the technological head’s feed rate (100, 50, mm/min) on the size of the vibration acceleration amplitude and its frequency were examined. A database was created from the measured vibration values on the technological head and from that database the data was evaluated in selected softwares (LabVIEW, SignalExpress a Microsoft Excel). Graphical dependencies, frequency spectra covers and covers comparison graph were created from which new findings and conclusions were formulated.

Diagnostic and Experimental Valuation on Progressive Machining Unit

With the development of the automotive and aerospace industry and also biomedicine, exotic alloys are more and more used from all machined materials, especially titanium and nickel alloys, but which are hard-machined materials. Therefore it is necessary to know their behavior when machining, thoroughly. Processes occurring in the cutting zone when machining, are so complicated and dynamic, that their definition is carried out by certain specified models. Because the models have errors and deviations, it is needed to improve their observation so, that these deviations will manifest minimally or not. Based on the scientific research of the cutting zone, the multifunction measuring system was designed, which allows simultaneous measuring of components force of cutting, heat distribution and deformation processes in cutting zone during machining without its interruption.

Abstract In this study, Knowledge-Based View (KBV) and Theory of Technology in a Generic Customer Knowledge Management (CKM) Framework were assimilated to demonstrate the Organizational, Human and Technological antecedent factors that enable CKM processes to improve software product quality. A Theoretical CKM Framework was developed by extracting Human, Organizational and Technological factors from the literature, then, the “Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution” (TOPSIS) Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) method was applied to find the importance level of factors to CKM development in software companies. The weight and priority of factors were determined by 31 experts in enterprise software development companies. The results show that, from an expert viewpoint, CKM antecedent factors are categorized into high priority and low priority groups. Organizational factors such as “Customer Involvement”, “Customer-Centric Culture” and “CKM Strategy Development” are high priority.

At present the attention turnes primarily on so-called greenhouse gases and gases impierment stratospferic ozonous layer, between that are belong also nitrogen oxides, carbon dioxide, methane ,halogenic hydrocarbons. At concentration reduction of greenhouse gases partially sorbents are usable, which includes also zeolites.

Cutting Efficiency by Drilling with Tools from Different Materials

This article deals with milling possibilities of nickel superalloy - Inconel 718. The different cemented carbides were applied for cutting process. These inserts were produced by Pramet Tools Ltd. company. This paper discusses durability of cutting inserts, the different intensity of tool wear at various cutting parameters. The most suitable cutting conditions are chosen in the scope of applied tools.

Contribution to Milling of Materials on Ni Base

This article deals with influence of the milling cutter tool’s geometry on tension in surface layer of workpiece. It describes, whether the tool brings the residual stress into the surface and its measurement by the magnetoelastic method based on the Barkhausen noise principle. The correct choice of the tool and cutting parameters has significant influence on surface layer of the component and extends so its lifetime and dependability. In this way we try to comply with permanent growing on the machine component.
