TL;DR: These data do not justify use of CoQ as a treatment to slow functional decline in HD, and Class I evidence that CoQ does not slow the progressive functional decline of patients with HD is provided.

TL;DR: The COVID-19 Prevention Network (CoVPN) as discussed by the authors was established to assist in the coordination and implementation of phase 3 efficacy trials for vaccine candidates and monoclonal antibodies, which led to the successful completion of multiple studies and US Food and Drug Administration-licensed or -authorized vaccines, the first which was available to the public less than 1 year from the discovery of the virus.

TL;DR: In this paper , a general framework for testing a multivariate point null hypothesis is proposed, in which the test statistic is adaptively selected to provide increased power, and theoretical large-sample guarantees for the test under both fixed and local alternatives.
