Morphology and structure of Ti-doped diamond films prepared by microwave plasma chemical vapor deposition
TL;DR: In this article, the effects of the addition of Ti on the morphology, microstructure and quality of diamond films were systematically investigated, and secondary ion mass spectrometry results showed that Ti can be added to diamond films through the microwave plasma chemical vapor deposition (MPCVD) system using tetra n-butyl titanate as precursor.

First principles calculations of the adsorption and migration behaviors of N atoms on the H-terminated diamond (0 0 1) surface
TL;DR: In this article, the adsorption and migration behaviors of nitrogen atoms on the hydrogen-terminated diamond (H-Ter-D (0,0,1) surface were investigated through first principles methods.

Effect of the N/C Ratios of Ammonia Added to Process Gas Mixtures on the Morphology and Structure of MPCVD Diamond Films
TL;DR: In this paper, N-doped diamond films were prepared through microwave plasma chemical vapor deposition with NH3/CH4/H2 gas mixtures, and the effects of the ammonia addition to the process gas mixture on the morphology and structure of diamond films are systematically investigated through characterization by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), atomic force microscopy, X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman spectroscopy, and Xray photoelectron spectroscope (XPS).
