Evaluation of the transvaginal resection of low-segment cesarean scar ectopic pregnancies
TL;DR: The transvaginal approach for exogenous CSEP lesion resection possesses many advantages and in the hands of a skilled surgeon it can readily address the treatment problems posed by an exogenous cesarean scar ectopic pregnancy without imposing an increase in surgical risk or technical difficulty.

MicroRNA-126-5p downregulates BCAR3 expression to promote cell migration and invasion in endometriosis
TL;DR: Estrogen promoted EMT in eutopic endometrial epithelial cells and this effect was reversed by estrogen inhibitors and BCAR3 had no direct effect on EMT and did not act synergistically with estrogen on promoting EMT.

Ellagic acid exerts antitumor effects via the PI3K signaling pathway in endometrial cancer.
TL;DR: It is suggested that EA may potentially be beneficial for treating endometrial cancer through bioinformatics analysis and experimental verification, and the underlying antitumor function and targets by which EA inhibits endometricrial cancer are explored.
Expression of Th1 and Th2 cytokine-associated transcription factors, T-bet and GATA-3, in the eutopic endometrium of women with endometriosis.
TL;DR: It is suggested that T-bet and GATA-3 may act as cytokine regulatory genes, and the Th2-specific transcription factor, Gata-3, probably plays an essential role in the immune response and the development of endometriosis.

Expression and Significance of WNT4 in Ectopic and Eutopic Endometrium of Human Endometriosis
TL;DR: The WNT4 expression level in EU was significantly reduced compared with that in normal endometrium of the control group, even when analyzed by the menstrual cycle phase, and the theory of “EU determinism” in the pathogenesis of endometriosis is provided.
