TL;DR: In this paper, an adaptive aberration correction technique based on an ant colony algorithm for solid-state lasers and a general class of other adaptive optics systems is described, which iteratively adjusts the control voltages of a deformable mirror to maximize certain system performance metrics of the far-field intensity distribution of the laser beam.

A strip extracting algorithm for phase noise measurement and coherent beam combining of fiber amplifiers
TL;DR: In this article, the phase noise of a 10 W Yb fiber amplifier is obtained and locked with an active segment mirror (ASM) and a high-speed CCD camera, and the peak-to-valley (PV) value of phase noise is close to ∼ 1/10λ (λ=1064 nm).

TL;DR: In this paper, a femtosecond polarization-maintaining Yb-doped fiber amplifier enabling 153 fs transform-limited pulse duration with 32 μJ pulse energy at 1 MHz repetition rate corresponding to a peak power of 0.21 GW is demonstrated.

TL;DR: In this paper, a spectrum widening device based on a large-mode field anti-resonance hollow-core photonic crystal fiber was proposed. But it is not suitable for use in the field of super continuous spectrums, the pulse shaping technology, the generation of attosecond pulse and the fiber communication.
