Purpose: Organizations are struggling to sustain and grow in the 21st century due to many challenges and uncertainties while doing their business. Long-term sustaining in the business needs retaining the existing customers and attracting new customers through various strategies for satisfying, delighting, and enlightening existing customers, and creating overwhelming demand through business value creation for attracting new customers. It is a challenge for all the decision-makers to find out how to create business value to retain existing customers and attract new customers. Here, a conceptual and exploratory analysis is made of how the innovations using technology create business value for organizations in general. Methodology: This conceptual analysis uses an exploratory research method. The information is collected using Google, Google Scholar, and Artificial Intelligence GPT search engines using appropriate keywords and prompt engineering respectively and the collected, analysed, compared, evaluated, and interpreted towards creating business value using technology with special emphasis on the use of ICCT underlying technologies. The advantages, benefits, constraints, and disadvantages of business value creation using ICCT underlying technologies for business value creation are listed from stakeholders’ points of view. Outcome: The role of twelve ICCT Underlying Technologies including AI, Blockchain, Business intelligence, Cloud computing, Cyber security, 3D printing, IoT, Quantum computing, Mobile marketing, Information storage technology, Ubiquitous education technology, and VR &amp; AR for Business Value Creation like Innovation and Differentiation, Customer focus, Operational efficiency, Strategic Partnerships and Alliances, Talent Management, Effective Marketing and Branding, Financial Performance and Growth, Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility, and Adaptability and Agility. Originality/Value: New knowledge and interpretation are presented on how to create business value for long time sustainability by organizations in every industry. How to Create Business Value Through Technological Innovations Using ICCT Underlying Technologies

Background/Purpose: Cloud computing is the buzz word today as it has made its presence felt in many fields, such as business, education, industries, e-commerce to list a few. The concept of cloud storage is the IT service provided on the internet which allows the flexibility of paying for only the actual usage that is in short it is pay as you go. The companies now have the option to rent computing power, storage, and databases from the service provider. This avoids huge financial investment for procuring, operating, and maintaining licensed software, physical data centers and servers. To overcome the challenges in general the storage medium, it is important upgrade to cloud concept. Nowadays, new business language has seen tremendous success by putting their services and data on the internet without relying on any physical devices. There are many service providers who cater this segment. This paper provides an analysis of the company Amazon Web Services which is the major service providers in recent times.
Objective: In this case study we focus on the cloud storage services of Amazon Web Service.
Design/Methodology/Approach: The related information and details for this case study on Amazon Web Services was obtained from various scholarly articles published in various peer reviewed journals, conferences and company websites. White papers have provided additional information.
Findings/Result: The study of this paper focus on the relevance and importance of cloud storage in the present era. The need, requirements and necessity of various services provided by AWS, financial plan, different products of AWS, Leading clients and types of cloud services are discussed.

A Systematic Review of Cloud Storage Services- A Case Study on Amazon Web Services

In the modern communication environment and day-to-day life, mobile phones now play a significant role. The mobile battery charger on coin insertion is described in this paper. When a normal charger is not available, the battery frequently runs out in the middle of a conversation, especially during inopportune times. Mobile battery chargers that use coins are created to address this issue. So this model, totally work and get charged by the solar power, which is to be mainly used at the metro stations by the people who want to connect with someone on urgent basis. After inserting a coin and plugging in a mobile device, the user will receive a micro pulse that will start the charging process. The battery will charge upto 30 minutes in one rupee coin. If the number of rupee is double, then the charging time limit will also get doubled. This small and lightweight solution is made to accommodate the increasing number of mobile users on metro stations and other places around the world. For each controlling application, a suitable microcontroller is programmed. The solar power serves as the source for charging.

Objective: This work is carried out at Dinesh Foods, Kannur. Dinesh foods are a subsidiary unit of Kerala Dinesh Beedi Workers Co-op Society. The objective of this study is to observe and to recognize how worker retention facilitates in growing the organizational effectiveness of Dinesh Foods. It additionally assists to investigate diverse retention techniques followed and also the employee turnover within the unit.  This work investigates the worker retention is a device for increasing the organizational effectiveness.  
Design/Methodology/Approach: For the purpose of study the data was collected through primary and secondary source.  Questionnaire was distributed among the workers for collecting necessary data for the study, financial statement of the company to study about the financial stability of the organisation and annual report of the company.
Findings/Results: This research is done to find out whether the employee retention in the organisation helps in improving the organisational effectiveness. Varies conditions applied for the hypothesis and it can be proved that the employee retention is a tool for increasing the organisational effectiveness.  Based on the analysis, findings and suggestions Dinesh Foods, Kannur can give more concentration towards retaining the employees in the organisation as it is important in any organization.
Conclusion: This study focusses on whether employee retention is a tool for improving the organisational effectiveness. It is found that the employee retention is a tool for improving organisational effectiveness and employee retention helps in increasing the productivity.

Objective: This work is carried to understand the concepts of project management in software firms.  To investigate the implementation and importance of these concepts and to know the role of project manager in managing the process in software development.
Design/Methodology/Approach: Kakunje Software Private Limited, Mangalore, provides excellent and state-of-the-art customized software and hardware solutions as per the necessities of customers.  In order to manage the project activities CEO, CFO and CTO all together acts as project manager.  The software development project management process starts by identifying needs and recommending solutions, which can be delivered to value its stakeholders.  At the second phase the actual development will begin and the developed software will be tested according to customer requirements. 
Findings/Results: Budgeting, cost management, finance planning etc., represented by CPM and PERT charts by using Microsoft Project and Atlassian JIRA project management software. The project resources, which are used to manage the project and allocation of technical staff are represented by histogram.  With the help of Gantt Chart software development project schedule of 5 month are shown.
Conclusion:  To manage Kakunje business in an effective and gainful manner, the company managed overall internal and external risks of the project.  By using the project management software, the company condensed the project manager’s efforts and human errors to manage multiple projects.

A Study on Requirement Specifications and Modifications During the Software Development Life Cycle in M/S Kakunje Software Private Limited

Background/Purpose: Mobile phone industry is a booming industry in the market in the present times. This industry is growing tremendously not only in urban areas but also in villages. For communication and other various purposes people use Mobile phones. Hence the usage of mobile is much more that before ten years. In urban areas there are many resources available for charging but in rural areas most of the time charging facilities are unavailable and load shedding causes a lot of problems. Sometimes the battery becomes low during conversations or even an important transaction, and an urgent charging becomes necessary.
Objective: The major objective of this work is by inserting a coin in public places, one can charge the mobile phone.  It will be helpful for the people who are suing mobile phones outside their homes/offices, need to use the coin based mobile phone charger to charge the mobile.  To transmit and receive the IR (Infrared) signal, an IR transmitter and IR receiver will be used at the receiving end.  A coin needs to be inserted between IR transmitter and receiver, which will change the polarity of the pulses in Signal Conditioning Unit (SCU) input.    To activate the 230V charger, the relay will be ON and then the charger is used to charge the mobile phone.
Design/Methodology/Approach: Coin-based Mobile charger using solar tracker designed to provide a completely different service to people staying in rural areas.   For controlling applications, 8051 microcontroller-based circuits used for programming. Power grid is the used for charging and the energy obtained from the sun is used when grid power is not available.  MATLAB is utilized for coding to find the edge of the coin comparing it to the image clicked by the camera and to avoid coin duplication 
Findings/Results: A simple and effective mobile charger has been implemented, which allow users to charge their phones in an emergency in public areas. This device uses very few components with a microcontroller 8051-based circuit.  Usage of stepper motors allows accurate sun tracking. After reviewing the data, it was discovered that it is possible to capture good volume of sun energy when compared with fixed panel system.  This method is more efficient, less costly and easier to use.
Conclusion: This work uses solar power as solar energy and generates more energy for free of cost. This system also uses external grid power in the absence of solar energy which will be helpful in the rural areas since villages face load shedding most of the time.
