Effect of silicon dioxide in sulfur/carbon black composite as a cathode material for lithium sulfur batteries
TL;DR: In this paper, an effective strategy is applied to limit the polysulfide dissolution by using different ratios of sulfur/silicon dioxide/carbon black (S/SiO2/CB) composite as the cathode material for Li S battery.

Sulfur cloaked with different carbonaceous materials for high performance lithium sulfur batteries
TL;DR: In this paper, various morphologies (sphere, fiber, tube and layer) based carbon materials have been used for preparing the sulfur-carbon binary composites via melt diffusion method for lithium-sulfur battery application.

Tweaking the electrochemical activity of maricite NaMnPO4 in sodium batteries using different manganese precursors via polyol method
TL;DR: The structural formation of the material is controlled by the polyol solution pH and isoelectric point of the surfactant polymer along with the by-products Manganese (II) acetate employed product evinces good crystalline maricite structure with strong thermodynamically stable transition metal vibrations as discussed by the authors.
