TL;DR: In this article, the lifetime of the positive parity yrast band was measured using the Doppler shift attenuation method and the evaluated B(E2) values from the measured lifetimes have been compared with the calculated values calculated using the semiclassical model, which assume shears mechanism, and the values obtained from total Routhian surface calculations.

TL;DR: In-beam spectroscopic studies of the $N=50$ nucleus up to spins of $J\ensuremath{\gamma}18\ENUREmath{\Elzxh}$ and ${E}_{x}\enuremath{-}12 \mathrm{MeV},$ are reported using a heavy ion fusion reaction with a ${}^{28}\mathrm-Si}$ beam at an incident energy of 138 MeV on an isotopically enriched target as mentioned in this paper.
