An item response model with internal restrictions on item difficulty
TL;DR: An IRT model based on the Rasch model is proposed for composite tasks, that is, tasks that are decomposed into subtasks of different kinds, which constrains the difficulties to be linear combinations of the difficulties of the corresponding subtask items.

Measuring the severity of depression through a self-report inventory: A comparison of logistic, factorial and implicit models
TL;DR: Results show that 15 items of the QD2 display a satisfactory goodness of fit for both items and persons, as defined by the Rasch model, and should provide a parsimonious tool for future studies on the classification of depressive disorders.
