Percutaneous endoscopic treatment of suprasellar arachnoid cysts: ventriculocystostomy or ventriculocystocisternostomy? Technical note.
TL;DR: The simplicity of the VCC performed using endoscopic control, which is the only procedure to allow the opening in the cyst's lower wall to remain patent, leads the authors to advocate this technique in the treatment of suprasellar arachnoid cysts.

Rupture during treatment of recently ruptured aneurysms with Guglielmi electrodetachable coils.
Frédéric Ricolfi,C. Le Guérinel,J. Blustajn,Catherine Combes,P. Brugieres,Eliane Melon,A. Gaston +6 more
TL;DR: Aneurysmal perforation during embolization may be accompanied by severe intracranial hypertension, which causes either a decrease or arrest of cerebral perfusion, the duration of which determines clinical outcome.

Diffusion-weighted MR imaging characteristics of an acute strokelike form of multiple sclerosis.
TL;DR: The case of a young woman who presented with a sudden pseudostroke form of MS resulting in hemiplegia and sudden aphasia is reported, showing that very acute MS lesions may have reduced ADC on MR imaging, reflecting cytotoxic and not vasogenic edema.

TL;DR: Along the course of a 5-year-long clinical transplantation program, an original procedure based on magnetic resonance imaging of the striatum on parasagittal views is developed, which allows for precisely, and reproducibly in each patient, three subregions of the putamen to be implanted.

Magnetic resonance angiography of giant intracranial aneurysms.
TL;DR: 3D time-of-flight magnetic resonance angiography and 2D MRA with presaturation were evaluated in 18 patients with 21 giant intracranial aneurysms, finding 3D TOF MRA gave optimal images of proximal unruptured and nonthrombosed aneurYSms.
