An imaging display apparatus, includes: display means for image display; first image signal generation means for generating a display image signal based on a captured image signal captured by an imaging section with a field of view direction of a user being a direction of an object; second image signal generation means for generating a display image signal of an image different from an image of the display image signal generated by the first image signal generation means; and control means for allowing, simultaneously on the display means, display of the image of the display image signal generated by the first image signal generation means and display of the image of the display image signal generated by the second image signal generation means.

Imaging display apparatus and method

Disclosed is a long-life photocatalyst deodorization device (1) which effectively excites photocatalysts over the entire surface of a photocatalyst sheet and is capable of maintaining deodorization performance over a long period. Substrates (5 and 7) upon which vent holes (4) have been provided are disposed in parallel, and upon at least one substrate (5) of the two substrates, LEDs (3) are mounted. Between the two substrates, photocatalyst sheets (6) constituted by woven glass fiber material (6A) carrying photocatalyst particles (6B) and a frame (6C) supporting the material are disposed. The photocatalyst sheets and the two substrates are fixed to a housing (8), whereupon emitting surfaces of the LED light sources for exciting the photocatalysts and the photocatalyst sheets are disposed in parallel. Air fed from the vent holes is caused to pass through the photocatalyst sheets. The photocatalyst sheets are constituted by bundling glass fibers and weaving the fibers in a crisscross manner so as to have a predetermined aperture ratio such that ventilation is possible under low wind speed. The photocatalyst particles are mechanically held in contact between the glass fibers of the photocatalyst sheets.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocatalytic deodorizing device, maintaining deodorizing performance for a long period by effectively exciting a photocatalyst on the whole surface of a photocatalyst sheet and having a long life. SOLUTION: In the photocatalytic deodorizing device 1, base plates 5, 7 provided with a ventilation hole 4 are disposed parallel to each other, an LED 4 is mounted on at least one base plate 5 of the two substrates, the photocatalyst sheet 6 including a glass fiber woven fabric 6A carrying photocatalyst particles 6B and a frame 6C supporting the woven fabric is disposed between the two base plates, the photocatalyst sheet and the two substrates are fixed to a casing 8, the light emitting surface of the LED light source for exciting the photocatalyst and the photocatalyst sheet are disposed in parallel, and the air fed through the ventilation holes passes through the photocatalyst sheet. The photocatalyst sheet is formed by bundling together glass fibers, and weaving the same longitudinally and laterally to have a predetermined numerical aperture to enable ventilation at a low wind speed, and the photocatalyst particles are mechanically held in contact between the glass fibers of the photocatalyst sheet. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a harmful substance decomposition and removal device capable of reducing the concentration of volatile organic compounds in a room and floating bacteria and viruses with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A harmful substance decomposition and removal device comprises: photocatalyst carriers 3a, 3b having a photocatalyst 16 held at least near the surface of a sheet-like porous body formed by entangling fibers; a light source 2 for irradiating required light to the photocatalyst carriers; and gas passages 6, 7, 8 provided along the surface of the photocatalyst carriers. The gas passages are configured to include at least photocatalyst carriers arranged opposite to each other, and the photocatalyst carriers have a predetermined light reflectivity and light permeability. Light passing through one of the photocatalyst carriers and light reflected on the photocatalyst carriers are irradiated to the surface of the photocatalyst carriers facing each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small photocatalyst deodorization device having good efficiency, excellent durability and ease of maintenance. SOLUTION: The photocatalyst deodorization device 1-1 has a ventilating passage 2 for contaminated air, a support 3 for a photocatalyst and an excitation light source 4 emitting excitation light for the photocatalyst and deodorizes the contaminated air passing through the passage 2 by photo-exciting the photocatalyst. The support 3 for the photocatalyst is composed of a film or layer of a fiber invulnerable to contaminants and supports the photocatalyst.
