TL;DR: The insurance sector in Moldova faces challenges due to low customer awareness, inadequate promotion, low financial literacy, and constraints in the domestic market. To stimulate the sector, measures such as incentives for voluntary and life insurance, improved marketing, and enhanced regulatory framework are recommended.
