The effects of different time of melatonin administration on differentiation and functional status of the brown adipocytes in vivo
O. Kalmukova,M. Dzerzhinsky +1 more
- 31 May 2018
TL;DR: The effects of different times of melatonin administration at the cytological level are manifested almost identically in the brown adipocytes functional state in all experimental groups, however, at the organism level in terms of evening administrations, an increase in the relative mass of brown adipose tissue is observed, but the size of Brown adipocytes do not change, which may indicate the activation of the differentiation ofbrown adipocytes from the progenitor cells.

TL;DR: According to the results, TA and EGF cause an increase in the synthesis of glycosaminoglycans, c‐Myc content, and protein in the MSC cytoplasm, indicating the manifestation of the M SC mesenchymal phenotype, exhibiting indirect metabolic signs of the regenerative potential increase.

Stem cells in nail unit of mammalians
O. Kalmukova
- 30 May 2016
TL;DR: The review analyzes the current state of experimental studies on the ability to obtain and cultivate stem cells from the nail organ and their possible involvement in the regeneration of a limb.
Changes in the Inflammatory Status in White Adipose Tissue of Rats with Diet-Induced Obesity at Different Regimens of Melatonin Administration
TL;DR: Melatonin administration in the evening turned out to be more efficient than the morning administration, and the level of anti-inflammatory cytokines increased in the blood serum of obese rats after melatonin administration, whereas thelevel of pro inflammatory cytokines decreased at the same time.
