TL;DR: In this paper, a pharmacodynamic interaction exists between omega-3 PUFAs and folates in order to support the full development of the pregnancy and the fetus, and the prospects for the combined active folate and PUFAS drugs use in pregnancy's nutritional support and malformations prevention are indicated also.
