The growth and development of children is the fundamental thing that determines the future of a nation. One of the problems facing developing countries is stunting. The impact of stunting can increase the incidence of pain and death, motor, and verbal disorders, the risk of developing generalized diseases, and decreased productivity and work capacity. Interventions are prepared early, especially for adolescents, namely providing education for the First 1000 Days of Life (HPK) to young women through digital education which is currently being promoted. The study aims to prove the effectiveness of using WhatsApp Groups as a health education medium in young women with about 1000 HPK. The research method is quasi-experimental with one group removing treatment design which will be carried out in April – June 2022. The number of samples of 100 students in grades 11 &amp; 12 at SMAN in the Palu city area was taken with cluster-stratified sampling techniques. The data were analyzed with a univariate test and a bivariate test using the Wilcoxon test. The results of the analysis showed that there was an increase in the average value of knowledge before and after treatment was 45.63 with p = 0.000 and there was an increase in the average attitude value before and after treatment was 42.49 with p = 0.000. This shows that the use of WhatsApp Groups as a health education medium is effective in increasing the knowledge and attitudes of young women by about 1000 HPK. It is hoped that the use of WhatsApp Groups will be increasingly used in health education by about 1000 HPK. Abstrak: Pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak adalah hal mendasar yang menentukan masa depan suatu bangsa. Salah satu masalah yang dihadapi negara berkembang adalah stunting. Dampak stunting dapat meningkatkan kejadian kesakitan dan kematian, gangguan motorik, verbal, resiko terkena penyakit digeneratif, menurunya produktivitas dan kapasitas kerja. Intervensi dipersiapkan secara dini terutama saat remaja yaitu memberikan pendidikan 1000 Hari Pertama Kehidupan (HPK) pada remaja putri melalui digital education yang saat ini sedang digalakan. Tujuan penelitian untuk membuktikan efektifitas pemanfaatan whatsapp groups sebagai media pendidikan kesehatan pada remaja putri tentang 1000 HPK. Metode penelitian adalah quasi eksperiment dengan one group remove treatment design yang dilaksanakan pada bulan April–Juni 2022. Jumlah sampel 100 siswi kelas 11 &amp; 12 di SMAN wilayah kota Palu yang diambil dengan tehnik clusterstratified sampling. Data dianalisis dengan uji univariat dan uji bivariate menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil analisis menunjukan terdapat peningkatan rata-rata nilai pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan adalah 45,63 dengan p=0,000 serta terdapat peningkatan rata-rata nilai sikap sebelum dan seduah perlakuan adalah 42,49 dengan p=0,000. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa pemanfaatan whatsapp groups sebagai media pendidikan kesehatan efektif untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap remaja putri tentang 1000 HPK. Diharapkan penggunaan whatsapp group semakin gencar dimanfaatkan dalam pendidikan kesehatan tentang 1000 HPK. 

The Use of WhatsApp Groups as A Means of Health Education for Young Women About the First Thousand Days of Life (1000 HPK)

Complementary feeding in infants and children is a challenge for mothers in North Sangatta, East Kalimantan. The purpose of this community service was to provide knowledge to mothers in North Sangatta about complementary feeding and a strategy to deal with children when they do not want to eat via Whatsapp Group. The method used in this program was counseling to increase understanding about complementary feeding and how to deal with children when they do not want to eat. The participants are given material in a pdf format file that can be studied before the event takes place. Then, participants were asked to write the questions. Two days later, the participants and instructor interacted on the Whatsapp Group to answer the questions and respond to the answers. Before giving the material, the participants were given a pre-test questionnaire. Meanwhile, post-test questionnaires were also given after the event was over to determine understanding after giving the material. The program has been running well and smoothly. Participants gain knowledge about complementary feeding and how to deal with children when they do not want to eat. Participants considered that the educational materials were very useful. Participants thought that the material was easy to understand. The presentation was clear and done one time. In addition, they become more confident in dealing with children when they do not want to eat.

Edukasi Pemberian Makanan Pendamping ASI (MP-ASI) melalui Whatsapp Group bagi Ibu-ibu di Sangatta, Kalimantan Timur

Latar Belakang: Dismenore adalah nyeri haid yang disebabkan oleh pelepasan prostaglandin yang berlebihan. Ini meningkatkan kontraksi rahim, yang menyebabkan rasa sakit saat menstruasi. Apabila dismenore tidak ditangani, dapat mengakibatkan terganggunya seorang perempuan yang sedang mengalaminya. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan pendidikan kesehatan tentang dismenore. Dengan menggunakan media sosial seperti Instagram, semua orang dapat mengakses materi dari pendidikan kesehatan tentang dismenore. Tujuan: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media sosial Instagram menjadi media edukasi terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan tentang dismenore. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif pendekatan studi intervensi/studi eksperimen, dengan metode pre eksperimental dan perencanaan yang digunakan adalah one group pretest dan posttest design dengan jumlah sampel 68 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran lembar kuesioner. Hasil: Penelitian ini menggunakan uji non parametrik yaitu uji Wilcoxon didapatkan hasil signifikan p<0.001. Simpulan: Berarti terdapat pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan berbasis media sosial Instagram (Social Media Campaign) tentang dismenore terhadap tingkat pengetahuan remaja putri di SMA Negeri X.

Mother's knowledge about MP-ASI greatly contributes to the accuracy of providing food for children aged 6-24 months according to their nutritional needs. Health promotion with online media is more effective than offline media. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of health education oline method and offline method about breast milk for mothers who have babies aged 6-24 months in Gunung Raja village in 2022. The research used Quasi-experimental design with two group pretest-posttest design. The research population is mothers who have children aged 6-24 months totaling 40 respondents. The sample consists of 20 respondents in the online group and 20 respondents in the offline group. Sampling technique is total sampling. Data analysis using Independent T-Test. Univariate analysis showed the online group mean pretest = 13.30 and posttest = 20.70. Mean offline group pretest=10.55 and posttest=17.25. Bivariate analysis showed that there was a difference in knowledge of mothers who were given online and offline health education about complementary feeding for infants aged 6-24 months in Gunung Raja Village (P=0.000). Online method health promotion is more effective in increasing mother's knowledge about complementary feeding compared to offline method. More use of digital method in health education.

Pengetahuan ibu tentang MP-ASI sangatlah berkontribusi dalam ketepatan menyediakan makanan bagi anak usia 6-24 bulan sesuai dengan kebutuhan gizinya. Pengetahuan ibu tentang MP-ASI di Desa Gunung Raja dalam kategori rendah. Pendidikan kesehatan dengan media online lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan media offline. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Efektivitas Pendidikan Kesehatan Metode Online dan Metode Offline Tentang MP-ASI Pada Ibu Yang Memiliki Bayi Usia 6- 24 Bulan di Desa Gunung Raja Tahun 2022. Desain penelitian menggunakan quasi eksperimen dengan rancangan two group pretest-posttes design. Populasi penelitian adalah ibu yang memiliki anak usia 6-24 bulan berjumlah 40 responden. Sampel terdiri 20 responden kelompok metode online dan 20 responden kelompok metode offline. Teknik sampling total sampling. Analisa data menggunakan Independent T-Test. Analisis univariat didapatkan mean kelompok online pretest=13,30 dan posttest=20,70. Mean kelompok offline pretest=10,55 dan posttest=17,25. Analisa bivariat menunjukkan ada perbedaan pengetahuan pada ibu yang diberikan pendidikan kesehatan secara online dan offline tentang MP-ASI pada bayi usia 6-24 bulan di Desa Gunung Raja (P=0,000). Pendidikan kesehatan metode online lebih efektif meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu tentang MP-ASI dibandingkan dengan metode offline. Perlu adanya pemanfaatan media digital dalam pendidikan kesehatan.
