TL;DR: In this paper, the authors examined approaches of the courts in dealing with "family contracts" and compared them with the judicial approaches for dealing with commercial contracts and found that it is very important for the court to determine the approaches which shall be applied by the family court on domestic contract in comaprison to the judicail approaches on commercial contracts.

Right of participation in business as matrimonial property: the Malaysian experience
