Investigation of drug-drug interactions between clopidogrel and fluoxetine.
Xavier Delavenne,Xavier Delavenne,Marion Magnin,Marion Magnin,Thierry Basset,Thierry Basset,Michèle Piot,Michèle Piot,Nora Mallouk,Nora Mallouk,Denis Ressnikoff,Arnauld Garcin,Silvy Laporte,Silvy Laporte,Pierre Garnier,Pierre Garnier,Patrick Mismetti,Patrick Mismetti +17 more
TL;DR: This open‐label crossover study assessed the effect of fluoxetine on the pharmacological activity of clopidogrel in healthy volunteers and found that the platelet reactivity index measured by the flow cytometric VASP method was 36.8% lower when clopilator‐stimulated phosphoprotein was administered in conjunction with fluoxettine.

Investigation of PK–PD drug–drug interaction between acenocoumarol and amoxicillin plus clavulanic acid
Xavier Delavenne,Silvy Laporte,S. Demasles,Nora Mallouk,Thierry Basset,Michel Tod,Pascal Girard,Patrick Mismetti +7 more
TL;DR: Weight and antibiotic treatment were found to improve significantly the fit of PK data with a 15% decrease in acenocoumarol clearance with concomitant antibiotics (P < 0.05).

Assessment of a flow cytometry technique for studying signaling pathways in platelets: Monitoring of VASP phosphorylation in clinical samples.
Nora Mallouk,Jérôme Varvat,A. Berger,Magali Epinat,S. Accassat,A. Garcin,A. Montmartin,G. Li,P. Garnier,Patrick Mismetti,C. Lambert +10 more
TL;DR: A significant correlation was found between the PLT VASP/P2Y12 kit and the PerFix EXPOSE kit, which may be helpful to monitor adverse effects of second-generation tyrosine kinase inhibitors on platelets and to monitor vasodilator-stimulated phosphoprotein (VASP) phosphorylation.

Presence of Urinary Exosomes for Liquid Biopsy of Clear Cell Renal Cell Carcinoma: Protocol for a Pilot Feasibility Study.
Guorong Li,Nora Mallouk,Pascale Flandrin,Arnauld Garcin,Claude Lambert,Sid Ali Berremila,Hocine Habchi,Nicolas Mottet +7 more
TL;DR: It is expected to demonstrate that urinary tumor exosomes could be a novel liquid biopsy to diagnose CCRCC and to guide clinicians in treatment decision-making.
Is there really a relationship between the plasma concentration of the active metabolite of clopidogrel and the results of platelet function tests
TL;DR: From observation that the assay is insensitive to mild defects of P2Y12, it can be concluded that clopidogreltreated patients who display a normal PRI with the VASP phosphorylation assay should also not be considered resistant to clopIDogrel, because they may have a high percentage of their platelet receptors inhibited by the drug.
