TL;DR: Diabetic patients that suffered from diabetes mellitus for more than 10 years, having nephropathy, every increased of HbA1c by 1% and higher total cholesterol were at increased risk of worsening DR.

TL;DR: The associated factors for physical activity were age, female, not working and do not perceived body weight as a problem and Majority of elderly subjects in this study were overweight and did not perceived this as a health issue.
