An electrode wire for wire electric discharge machining a workpiece at high speed and high accuracy and a process for preparing the same are provided. The electrode wire comprises a core wire made of a copper clad steel wire, 10 to 70% of the sectional area of the copper clad steel wire being occupied by copper, and a copper-zinc alloy layer covering the core wire. The copper-zinc alloy layer is prepared by coating the core wire with zinc by electroplating or hot galvanizing, followed by heating to disperse copper in the zinc layer to convert the same into a copper-zinc alloy layer wherein the concentration of zinc is increased gradually along the radially outward direction. The preferable thickness of the copper-zinc alloy layer ranges from 0.1 to 15 microns and the average concentration of zinc in the copper-zinc alloy layer is preferably less than 50% by weight but not less than 10% by weight.

CONSTITUTION:An input means 2 supplies the computer language description 1 and detects the conflict of the description 1 by means of a computer language knowledge base 6 storing the analyzing knowledge of the computer language as well as an analyzing means 3. The means 3 first replaces the base 6 and checks the absence of conflict of the base 6 via a knowledge control means 3-1 to eliminate the conflict if detected. The analyzing results 5 of the conflict, etc., detected by the means 3 are outputted to each computer via a result output means 4. Thus it is possible to decrease the trial and correction frequencies so that the waste of the computer resources is avoided and the description error of the computer language can be automatically corrected.

PURPOSE:To attain an analysis system for control sentence which excels in maintenance properties and universal applicability, by analyzing an input control sentence with reference to the control sentence designating conditions defined in a table. CONSTITUTION:A control sentence analysis module 30 collates an input control sentence 40 with the definition of a table 50 designated by a control program 10 and performs analyzing processes such as the recognition of operations, the check of syntax structures, the check of operand names, the check of input data types, the conversion of data, the check of the data designating range, etc. The program 10 utilizes an analysis result 12 to control other programs and also has output of an input control sentence report 11 and an error report 13 to a list 20. Thus the module 30 is not needed to change its own logic and improves its maintenance properties since correction is required for the table 50 only even in case the addition, change and deletion are needed for the format of the sentence 40.

CONSTITUTION:This system consists of a source program input mechanism 1, a knowledge information storage mechanism 2 in which information of a keyword included in the source program is stored as knowledge information, an automatic syntax deciding mechanism 3 which diagnoses the source program on the basis of said knowledge information, and a diagnosis result output mechanism 4. First, it is checked whether the keyword on the source program is registered as knowledge information or not. If it is found, the program is diagnosed on the basis of knowledge information related to this keyword. When the program is regarded as equal to knowledge information, error and its cause are outputted.

CONSTITUTION:A source program written on each card 1... is read with a card reader and the content is separated into words 3 in the unit of syllables being the basic building block of the program at a word separating processing section 2. Further, a syntax check table 5 is formed by assuming all words to be analyzed for syntax. A syntax analysis processing section 6 reads the syntax check table 5, and each word 3 is compared with the syntax check table for being checked with the coincidence, and performing the analysis of syntax. An intermediate text (i.e., object programs 81, 82) is obtained at an EXIT routine processing section 7 at the final stage.
