The present invention discloses a permanent magnetic force coupler of an improved conductor plate, which comprises a driving shaft, a flange, a conductor disc, a connecting plate, a driving disc, a load shaft, a transmission pin, a yoke, a permanent magnet and an aluminum plate. The rotor of the conductor disc serves as a driving end and is connected with the driving shaft. The conductor disc is fixed on a magnetic conductor plate. The rotor of the conductor disc surrounds the rotor of the permanent magnet. A certain air gap is spaced between the conductor disc and the permanent magnet. The rotor of the permanent magnet serves a driven end to be fixed onto an aluminum disc and is connected with the load shaft. The permanent magnet and the aluminum disc are disposed on the yoke together. The interior of the rotor of the permanent magnet is provided with the transmission pin and the surface of the conductor disc is uniformly provided with a plurality of slots. Magnetic conductors are arranged in the slots. According to the technical scheme of the invention, the basic functions of the magnetic force coupler are realized. The conductor disc is improved and additionally provided with the magnetic conductors, so that a larger torque can be transferred. At the same time, due to the arrangement of the slots, the generation of the vortex current is reduced. Moreover, the slots facilitate the heat dissipation process, so that the temperature of the conductor disc is reduced.
