Enhancing the Thermoelectric Performance of Polycrystalline SnSe by Decoupling Electrical and Thermal Transport through Carbon Fiber Incorporation
Guangsai Yang,Guangsai Yang,Lina Sang,Lina Sang,Meng Li,Sheik Md. Kazi Nazrul Islam,Zengji Yue,Zengji Yue,Liqiang Liu,Jianing Li,David R. G. Mitchell,Ning Ye,Xiaolin Wang,Xiaolin Wang +13 more
TL;DR: It is shown that the incorporation of highly conductive carbon fibre (CF) can successfully enhance the electrical conductivity while greatly reducing the thermal conductivity of polycrystalline SnSe, and indicate that the dispersion of carbon fibre can be a good way to greatly improve both thermoelectric and mechanical performance.
