TL;DR: In this paper, a uniform Cu2O submicron-cubes were facilely synthesized by liquid phase reduction method and further oxidized into a Cu 2O-CuO heterojunction with tunable Cu 2+/Cu+ ratios and CuO sub-micron cubes by controlling the calcination temperature.
