LncRNA MALAT1 regulates oxLDL-induced CD36 expression via activating β-catenin.
TL;DR: This work designed and synthesized biotin-TEG labeled oligonucleotides to precipitate the MALAT1 RNA-DNA-protein complex in vivo and found that β-catenin, a transcription factor that promotes CD36 transcription, was found in the complex.

TDP43 Exacerbates Atherosclerosis Progression by Promoting Inflammation and Lipid Uptake of Macrophages.
TL;DR: In this article, the authors investigated whether TDP43 is involved in atherosclerosis development, especially in macrophages-mediated-foam cell formation and inflammatory responses, and they found that specific knockout of TDP-43 in mice with ApoE-/- background were fed with western diet for 12 weeks to establish AS model.
Genetic liability to sedentary behavior in relation to myocardial infarction and heart failure: A mendelian randomization study.
TL;DR: In this article , the effect of TV watching on myocardial infarction (MI), heart failure (HF), and atrial fibrillation (AF) has been investigated.

Long non-coding RNA BANCR promotes interferon-β-induced cardiomyocyte apoptosis by targeting signal transducer and activator of transcription 1 in vitro.
TL;DR: Overall, the present study reports that lncRNA BANCR promotes IFN-β-mediated cardiomyocyte apoptosis following I/R injury by interacting with STAT1, suggesting lnc RNA BAN CR is involved in IFN -β-inducedCardiomyocytes apoptosis.
