TL;DR: Although hypertension is the leading etiology of ICH, other etiologies are frequent and one-third of ICh patients are functionally independent at 3 months, except for patients with presumed CAA, the risk of ischemic stroke within 3 months of I CH was higher than therisk of recurrent hemorrhage.

TL;DR: Use of andexanet alfa compared to any other non-specific treatment strategy was associated with decreased odds for hematoma expansion, without increased odds for thromboembolic complications.
