Effects of the ß2-adrenoceptor agonist, albuterol, in a mouse model of anti-MuSK myasthenia gravis.
TL;DR: The results provide the first evidence that short-term albuterol treatment can ameliorate weakness in a robust mouse model of anti-MuSK myasthenia gravis and demonstrate that it is possible to reduce whole-body weakness without necessarily reversing myastshenic impairment to the structure and function of the neuromuscular junction.
A Wnt-mediated phenotype switch along the epithelial-mesenchymal axis defines resistance and invasion downstream of ionising radiation in oral squamous cell carcinoma.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors used cell lines, 3D spheroids and tumour samples in a variety of cell biological and transcriptome analyses to highlight the cellular and molecular dynamics of OSCC response to ionising radiation.

TL;DR: Three protocols are described here and factors that influence the quality and consistency of results are discussed and normative data are provided for NMJs in healthy young adult mice.
