TL;DR: In this article , a computational pipeline based on comparison of whole exomes (WES) from paired donor-recipient DNA to define recipient-restricted exonic non-synonymous polymorphisms was devised.

TL;DR: An analytic framework to systematically identify autosomal and Y-encoded mHAgs is devised, based on the integration of polymorphism detection by whole-exome sequencing (WES) of germline DNA from D-R pairs together with organ-specific transcriptional- and proteome-level expression together with HLA class I epitope prediction, building a reliable expression atlas for acute or chronic GvHD-targeted tissues.

TL;DR: To discover mHAgs with optimal GvL potential, the subgroup of 45 patients with long-term survival in the absence of both relapse and GvHD requiring systemic treatment was focused on, finding that a higher GRFS mHAg load was associated with a protective effect against relapse and conferred a benefit in 2-year overall survival.
