Unravelling the role of NFE2L1 in stress responses and related diseases.
TL;DR: It is worth noting that NFE2L1 serves as a core factor in proteotoxic stress adaptation, which has been extensively studied in cancer and neurodegeneration associated with enhanced proteasomal stress, and utilization of NFE1L1 inhibitors to attenuate proteasome "bounce-back" response holds tremendous potential for enhancing the efficacy of proteasom inhibitors.

Sphingomyelin synthase 1 regulates the epithelial‑to‑mesenchymal transition mediated by the TGF‑β/Smad pathway in MDA‑MB‑231 cells.
TL;DR: The present results suggested that SMS1 could inhibit EMT and the migration and invasion of MDA-MB-231 cells via TGF-β/Smad signaling pathway.
miR-33 and RIP140 participate in LPS-induced acute lung injury
TL;DR: This study is the first to confirm that both miR-33 and RIP140 participate in LPS-induced PMVEC injury and ALI, which may help uncover the mechanism of ALI.
Synergistic effect of receptor-interacting protein 140 and simvastatin on the inhibition of proliferation and survival of hepatocellular carcinoma cells.
TL;DR: It is suggested that SV is able to induce the apoptosis of SMCC-7721 cells through the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway, as well as that RIP140 and SV exert a synergistic effect on the inhibition of cell proliferation and survival.
Sphingomyelin synthase 2 affects CD14‑associated induction of NF‑κB by lipopolysaccharides in acute lung injury in mice
TL;DR: The degree of lung injury was reduced during the acute inflammatory reaction when NF‐κB was inhibited, and that the expression of SMS2 may affect the induction of the NF‑κB pathway by LPS through CD14.
