TL;DR: In this paper, a flame-retardant surface film for a carbon fiber reinforced resin based composite is presented, which is prepared from raw materials in parts by weight as follows: 60-100 parts of epoxy resin, 15-25 parts of toughening agent, 4-8 parts of a curing agent, 2-4 parts of accelerant, 40-70 parts of flame retardant and a carrier.
