Validity and Reproducibility of the ADNEX MR Scoring System in the Diagnosis of Sonographically Indeterminate Adnexal Masses.
Mohammad Abd Alkhalik Basha,Hossam M. Abdel-Rahman,Maha Ibrahime Metwally,Nader Ali Alayouty,Nesreen Mohey,Mohamed M. A. Zaitoun,Hosam Nabil Almassry,Hala Y. Yousef,Ahmed A El Sammak,Sameh Abdelaziz Aly,Hesham Youssef Algazzar,Mohamed Abd El-Aziz M. Farag,Walid Mosallam,Waleed Said Abo Shanab,Safaa A. Ibrahim,Ekramy A. Mohamed,Abd El Motaleb Mohamed,Amira Hamed Mohamed Afifi,Ola A. Harb,Taghreed M. Azmy +19 more
TL;DR: The diagnosis of sonographically indeterminate adnexal masses (AM) signifies a major challenge in clinical practice and the need for accurate imaging evaluation before treatment.

Value of mammography and combined grey scale ultrasound and ultrasound elastography in the differentiation of solid breast lesions
Nesreen Mohey,Tamir A. Hassan +1 more
TL;DR: Ultrasound elastography is useful for breast lesion characterization and is an easier and cheaper method and more specific than mammography or US alone, but it is operator dependent.

The value of high-resolution MRI technique in patients with rectal carcinoma: pre-operative assessment of mesorectal fascia involvement, circumferential resection margin and local staging.
Ahmed Mohamed Algebally,Nesreen Mohey,Wojciech Szmigielski,Reda Ramadan Hussein Yousef,Samah Kohla +4 more
TL;DR: Preoperative high-resolution rectal MRI is accurate in predicting tumor stage and CRM involvement and is a precise diagnostic tool to select patients who may benefit from neo-adjuvant therapy and to avoid overtreatment in those patients who can proceed directly to surgery.

Role of combined grey scale US and US tissue elastography in differentiating solid thyroid nodules
TL;DR: US elastography seems to have great potential as a new tool for differentiating solid thyroid nodules and for recommending FNAC, and is revealed that hypoechogenicity/score 4–5 was most predictive of malignancy.

Value of combined real time sonoelastography and apparent diffusion coefficient value measurement in differentiation of enlarged neck lymph nodes
TL;DR: Combined real-time UE and ADC value measurement are non invasive techniques useful for differentiation of enlarged neck lymph and potentially could reduce unnec- essary biopsy especially for elasticity pattern 1-2.
