TL;DR: It is shown that proteomic measurements in autosomal dominant AD cerebrospinal fluid linked to brain protein coexpression can be used to characterize the evolution of AD pathology over a timescale spanning six decades, highlighting the multifaceted landscape of AD pathophysiology and its temporal evolution.

TL;DR: This longitudinal analysis of data from the Dominantly Inherited Alzheimer Network (DIAN) observational study included families with a history of autosomal dominant Alzheimer's disease and found augmented annual rates of increase in soluble TREM2 were associated with a diminished rate of decrease in amyloid deposition.

TL;DR: A metric for calculating the extent tau pathology has spread throughout the brain and the relationship between this metric and tau burden across early stages of AD is developed and found both tau metrics significantly elevated across increasing disease stages.
