Potentially toxic element contamination of arid and semi-arid soils and its phytoremediation
Habib Khodaverdiloo,Fengxiang X. Han,Roghaie Hamzenejad Taghlidabad,Akbar Karimi,Neda Moradi,Joseph A. Kazery +5 more
TL;DR: In this article, the plant-based phytoremediation technology is solar-driven, relatively inexpensive, and relatively easy to implement, but it is not suitable for outdoor applications.

Effects of low-molecular-weight organic acids on phosphorus sorption characteristics in some calcareous soils
TL;DR: In this paper, the role of organic acids in phosphorus sorption in soils is analyzed. But the results were limited to calcareous surface soils (0-30 cm) from West Azerbaijan Province, Iran, were sampled to study the effect of different organic acids on P sorption.

Effect of calotropis procera leaf extract on seed germination of some plants
TL;DR: The results showed that water extract significantly decreased the germination percentage especially at high concentrations, and the radicle and plumule length also were affected by the extract concentrations.
