5-Fluoro-1H-indole-2,3-dione-triazoles- synthesis, biological activity, molecular docking, and DFT study
TL;DR: Molinspiration physicochemical parameters revealed that all the synthesized 5-fluoroisatin-triazole molecules 4a-e and 7a- e have possessed good drug like properties and antimicrobial activity results showed that incorporation of triazole unit in an alkyne 2 improved the potency.

Synthesis, molecular docking and DFT studies on biologically active 1,4-disubstituted-1,2,3-triazole-semicarbazone hybrid molecules
TL;DR: Compounds designed and synthesized from semicarbazone linked with a terminal alkyne and aromatic azidesviaCu(i)-catalyzed cycloaddition reaction exhibited potent antibacterial activities against the tested bacterial strains.

Design, synthesis, biological activity, molecular docking and computational studies on novel 1,4-disubstituted-1,2,3-Triazole-Thiosemicarbazone hybrid molecules
TL;DR: In this article, a library of 1,4 disubstituted 1,2,3-triazole-thiosemicarbazone hybrid molecules were designed and synthesized from (4-Prop-2-ynyloxy-benzylidene)-thIosemicarazone and aryl azides under Cu(I)-catalyzed cycloaddition reaction.

Synthesis, antimicrobial potency with in silico study of Boc-leucine-1,2,3-triazoles.
TL;DR: In vitro antibacterial activity showed that compound 4h found to be more potent than the reference drug Ciprofloxacin against tested bacterial strains and better binding with triazole than alkyne and these results were supported by DFT study using B3LYP/6-311G(d,p) basis set.
