Firebird sirolimus eluting stent versus bare mental stent in patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction.
TL;DR: Implantation of Firebird sirolimus eluting stent for STEMI may greatly reduce TVR and MACE at 6 months with low incidence of acute/subacute stent thrombosis compared with BMS.

Association between trimethylamine N‐oxide and prognosis of patients with acute myocardial infarction and heart failure
Nan Li,Jinying Zhou,Ying Wang,Runzhen Chen,Jiannan Li,Xiaoxiao Zhao,Peng Zhou,Chen Liu,Li Song,Zhi-jian Liao,Xiaoqing Wang,Shao-di Yan,Hanjun Zhao,Hongbing Yan +13 more
TL;DR: High plasma TMAO levels were independently correlated with poor prognosis in patients with AMI complicated by HF, especially in those with higher hsCRP levels, and there was an S-shaped relationship between TmaO and HR for MACE.

Frequency of infarct-related artery with myocardial bridging in patients with ST-elevation myocardial infarction and its impact upon percutaneous coronary intervention.
TL;DR: MB in the IRA is relatively common in elderly patients with STEMI with a more evident trend in women, suggesting that arteriosclerosis and plaque rupture occurs more easily in the proximal artery to MB than in younger patients.

Diver CE versus Guardwire Plus for thrombectomy in patients with inferior myocardial infarction: a trial of aspiration of thrombus during primary angioplasty for inferior myocardial infarction.
Hong-bing Yan,Jing Wang,Nan Li,Xiao-ling Zhu,Hai Gao,Hui Ai,Xiang Li,Ming Ye,Yun-peng Chi,Hong Zhang +9 more
TL;DR: Removal of thrombus burden with the Diver CE catheter before stenting leads to similar improvement of myocardial reperfusion in patients with inferior STEMI and total occlusion of the proximal right coronary artery compared with the Guardwire Plus device, as illustrated by a reduced risk of distal embolization and improved ST-segment resolution.

Effects of doxofylline as an adjuvant on severe exacerbation and long‐term prognosis for COPD with different clinical subtypes
Meixi Chen,Wei He,De-Sheng Huang,Hui Jia,Zhao-shuang Zhong,Nan Li,Shangkun Li,Shu-Yue Xia +7 more
