Toxicity of copper oxide nanoparticles on spring barley (Hordeum sativum distichum).
Vishnu D. Rajput,Tatiana Minkina,Alexey Fedorenko,Alexey Fedorenko,Svetlana Sushkova,Saglara Mandzhieva,Vladimir Lysenko,Nadezhda Duplii,Grigory Fedorenko,Grigory Fedorenko,Konstantin Dvadnenko,Karen Ghazaryan +11 more
TL;DR: Insight is provided into the understanding of CuO NPs toxicity on H. sativum, and findings could be used for developing strategies for safe disposal of NPs.

Effects of ZnO nanoparticles and its bulk form on growth, antioxidant defense system and expression of oxidative stress related genes in Hordeum vulgare L.
Kirill Azarin,Alexander V. Usatov,Tatiana Minkina,A. A. Plotnikov,Alexandra Kasyanova,Aleksei Fedorenko,Nadezhda Duplii,Evgeniy Vechkanov,Vishnu D. Rajput,Saglara Mandzhieva,Saud Alamri +10 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a comparative analysis of physio-biochemical indices and transcriptional activity of oxidative stress genes in barley (Hordeum vulgare L.) seedlings after 7-days exposure to bulk- and nano-ZnO (300 and 2000 ǫ/L) was carried out.

Effects of bulk and nano-ZnO particles on functioning of photosynthetic apparatus in barley (Hordeum vulgare L.).
Kirill Azarin,Alexander V. Usatov,Tatiana Minkina,Nadezhda Duplii,A.S. Kasyanova,Aleksei Fedorenko,V. A. Khachumov,Saglara Mandzhieva,Vishnu D. Rajput +8 more
TL;DR: In this article , the functioning of the photosynthetic apparatus in barley (Hordeum vulgare L.) after 7-days of exposure to bulk (b-ZnO) and nanosized ZnO (n-ZNO) (300, 2000, and 10,000 mg/l) has been investigated.

Interaction of CuO Nanoparticles with Hordeum Sativum Distichum in an Aquatic Medium and in the Soil
Vishnu D. Rajput,Tatiana Minkina,Alexey Fedorenko,Alexey Fedorenko,Grigoriy M. Fedorenko,Grigoriy M. Fedorenko,Saglara Mandzhieva,Svetlana Sushkova,Natalya Chernikova,Nadezhda Duplii,Anatoly Azarov,Alexsandr Usatov +11 more
- 12 Nov 2018
TL;DR: In this article, the toxicity of excessive amounts of CuO nanoparticles spiked in the soil and in hydroponic conditions on the root and leaf cells of spring barley was assessed.

Dependence of the Pea Grain Yield on Climatic Factors under Semi-Arid Conditions
V. Gudko,Alexander Usatov,Tatiana Minkina,Nadezhda Duplii,Kirill Azarin,Tatiana V. Tatarinova,Svetlana Sushkova,Ankit Garg,Yu.O. Denisenko +8 more
TL;DR: The pea grain yield in semi-arid conditions is negatively affected by high temperatures and low humidification level. The yield is negatively correlated with accumulative temperatures above the critical temperature and the number of days with temperatures above the critical temperature and positively correlated with the Selyaninov hydrothermal coefficient and the precipitation in all analyzed areas.
