MoO3 on zeolites MCM-22, MCM-56 and 2D-MFI as catalysts for 1-octene metathesis.
TL;DR: Highly active olefin metathesis catalysts were prepared by thermal spreading MoO3 and/or MoO2(acac)2 on MWW zeolites and on two-dimensional MFI and decreased the selectivity to the main metatheses product C14 due to an acid-catalyzed double bond isomerization and oligomerization.

Novel approach towards Al-rich AFI for catalytic application
Yong Zhou,Yong Zhou,Naděžda Žilková,Mariya Shamzhy,Yamini S. Avadhut,Martin Hartmann,Jiří Čejka,Maksym Opanasenko +7 more
TL;DR: In this article, a germanosilicate structural analogue of AFI zeolite (Ge-AFI) was synthesized and two-step alumination was used to modify their structure and acidic properties.

New Templating Route for Synthesis of Mesoporous Alumina
TL;DR: In this article, a mesoporous alumina made by nanocasting using polymer spheres matrix is reported, which consists of irregularly ordered particles exhibiting pores of ca. 25 nm in size and the void volume among the particles constitutes a porous system with narrow pore size distribution in the mesopore region.

MCM-41 anchored Schrock catalyst Mo(CHCMe2Ph)(N-2,6-i-Pr2C6H3)[OCMe(CF3)2]2-activity in 1-heptene metathesis and cross-metathesis reactions
TL;DR: Schrock carbene complex Mo( CHCMe2Ph)( N-2,6-i-Pr2C6H3)[OCMe(CF3)2]2 was immobilized on mesoporous molecular sieves MCM-41 via a ligand exchange reaction with OH surface groups as mentioned in this paper.
Activity and selectivity of zeolites MCM-22 and MCM-58 in the alkylation of toluene with propylene
TL;DR: In this article, the influence of the pore architecture of zeolites MCM-22 on their catalytic activity and selectivity in the gas-phase alkylation of toluene with propylene has been investigated.
