Design the PdCu/TaNC electrocatalyst with core-shell structure having high efficiency for methanol and formic acid oxidation reactions
TL;DR: In this article, a PdCu/TaN C catalyst with a special core-shell structure is assembled, which exhibits high catalytic performance for methanol oxidation reaction (MOR) in alkaline medium (1326.95 A gPd−1), 6.3 and 4.9 times those of the commercial Pd/C, respectively.

Component-dependent activity of bimetallic PdCu and PdNi electrocatalysts for methanol oxidation reaction in alkaline media
TL;DR: In this paper, the catalytic performance and reaction mechanism of methanol oxidation reaction (MOR) are studied for the bimetallic PdxCuy and PdxNiy catalysts in alkaline solution.

Ethanol electro-oxidation on the PdSn-TaN/C catalyst in alkaline media: making TaN capable of splitting C-C bond
TL;DR: In this paper , an efficient PdSn-TaN/C electrocatalyst was proposed to split the CC bonds in ethanol, which showed that TaN facilitates the cleavage of CC bonds, whereas Sn promotes the further oxidation of ethanol fragments.
