Chiral-selective growth of single-walled carbon nanotubes on Fe-based catalysts using CO as carbon source
Maoshuai He,Pavel V. Fedotov,Alexander I. Chernov,Elena D. Obraztsova,Hua Jiang,Na Wei,Hongzhi Cui,Jani Sainio,Weiguo Zhang,Hua Jin,Maarit Karppinen,Esko I. Kauppinen,Annick Loiseau +12 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a bimetallic FeMn (FeMnMgO) catalysts were developed for growing carbon nanotubes using CO as carbon source, which showed that Fe cations were well-dispersed in the porous MgO support, forming a solid solution.

High temperature growth of single-walled carbon nanotubes with a narrow chirality distribution by tip-growth mode
Maoshuai He,Maoshuai He,Tao Yang,Danhong Shang,Benwu Xin,Alexander I. Chernov,Elena D. Obraztsova,Jani Sainio,Na Wei,Hongzhi Cui,Hua Jiang,Esko I. Kauppinen +11 more
TL;DR: In this article, an MgO supported Co catalyst was applied for the growth of single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) and the growth dynamics of SWNTs were further investigated by in situ Raman spectroscopy.
