A physiologically based pharmacokinetics model for florfenicol in crucian carp and oral-to-intramuscular extrapolation.
TL;DR: The present study demonstrated the feasibility of predicting florfenicol concentrations in the edible tissues of crucian carp using a route-to-route extrapolation method and the two models had the best predictive ability in the main edible tissue, the muscle.

Pharmacokinetics of mequindox and its metabolites in rats after intravenous and oral administration.
Guang-Hui Li,Fan Yang,Fan Yang,Limin He,Huanzhong Ding,Na Sun,Yingchun Liu,Yiming Liu,Qi Shan,Yafei Li,Zhenling Zeng +10 more
TL;DR: The results showed that mequindox was extensively metabolized in rats and rapidly absorbed after p.o. administration, and the bioavailability of MEQ was 37.16%.

Estimating danofloxacin withdrawal time in broiler chickens based on physiologically based pharmacokinetics modeling.
TL;DR: A physiologically based pharmacokinetics (PBPK) model was developed for danofloxacin in healthy broiler chickens and validated through a comparison of predicted and previously published concentrations, which indicated that the healthy PBPK model had good predictive ability in plasma, lung, muscle, liver, and kidney, especially at the later sampling time points.
Molecular characterization of the antimicrobial resistance of Riemerella anatipestifer isolated from ducks.
TL;DR: The mechanism of quinolone resistance in R. anatipestifer is reported for the first time, and PFGE analysis showed that the clonal spread of multi-drug resistant R. anatomicalifer isolates occurred in the same farm or between different farms.
