The article describes the main aspects of the creation of the information system of educational appointment "Little Zoo", focused on the solution of problems of computer and information training for future ecologists in modern higher education. On the basis of the analysis of similar web resources, the main and additional requirements for the information resource of animals, which take into account the shortcomings of existing information resources, are formulated. The main stages of the "Little Zoo" information and reference system development process are considered. The project was implemented by means of the Python programming language, the Django framework, the Adobe Photoshop graphics editor. Thanks to the resource users will be able to search for a rare species of animal according to one or more characteristics. The system also provides for the possibility of students learning materials by sorting articles about animals in the right order. The structure of the MySQL database for the informational system and the description of the fields of its main tables were given. The chart of precedents concerning the roles characteristic of the Little Zoo system (the administrator, the registered user, the unregistered user), the chart of cooperations for adding article to the system database, the chart of the sequences in the system, the chart of conditions of search are presented. The description of the functional of the information-reference system is presented. System allows the registered users to add own articles, to expand the database of the resource. Information system is successfully used at the Kherson State University in studying the discipline "Informatics and Systemology" by students of specialties 101 "Ecology" and 014 "Secondary education (Biology)", as well as in studying the discipline "Information technologies and technical means of correctional training" by students of specialty 016 "Special Education". It is directed to implementation of computer and information training for students not only through consideration of theoretical definitions, techniques and technologies with certain equipment and software, but first of all through application of IT-tools in professional activity at the level of modern and perspective requirements.

In the conditions of the democratization of the Ukrainian state, the reform of labor legislation is an objective necessity, about which there are many discussions. The current labor legislation was developed during the existence of strict legal regulation of labor relations, when state property was their economic basis. The relevance of the chosen research topic lies in the fact that the current legislation regulating labor relations is outdated and unbalanced, has problems, shortcomings, conflicts and gaps, and is simply not suitable for regulating this area in a market economy. The present study used a set of general and special methods of scientific knowledge. The purpose of this study is to establish the nature of problems, shortcomings and gaps in the legal regulation of labor relations in Ukraine, identify some of them and find ways to solve them, and formulate proposals to improve existing labor legislation in our country.

The information system ofeducational purpose forteaching ecologists in ukraine

The relevance of the subject under study lies in the use of the latest educational technologies in higher educational institutions of Ukraine. As a consequence, the study focuses on the concept of teaching technology in the psychological and educational literature and on identifying the most optimal teaching programme for institutions of higher education for the implementation of modern innovative technologies. The above listed objectives determine the purpose of this study — to establish and test a curriculum for the implementation of modern psychological and teaching technologies of the educational process in Ukrainian universities. The leading methods included the organisation of experimental research on the development and modelling of the curriculum using the latest technologies. During the establishing and controlling stages of this study, the cross-sectional method was employed to learn the features and regularities of the mental development of higher education students, using the latest psychological and teaching technology in education. The results of the study consider the present-day requirements and demonstrate the necessity of incorporating such technologies as self-development and distance learning. The programme includes recommendations for the most successful implementation of the educational process, guided by the student's personality. The main idea of this programme is “the students are taught by themselves, not by the teacher”. The significance of the results of this study is valuable for conscious students, teachers inspired by their craft, and Ukrainian universities that strive to fill the labour market with prominent specialists, as opposed to graduates with a “plastic diploma”.

Innovations in Science: The Challenges of Our Time

In the conditions of transformational changes in Ukraine, the issue of national security is one of the key ones. Military intervention in relation to our state, crisis processes in the economy, politics, finance, social sphere, opposition to political extremism, separatism, collaborationism, various forms and methods of crime in today's realities are acute, painful problems that require an immediate solution. The state is the defining institution of the political system of Ukraine, the main guarantor of the constitutional system and performs the functions of ensuring national security through legislative, executive and judicial authorities, the key place among which should belong to the parliament, which provides regulatory and legal support for national security in the state. The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, within the functional powers defined by the Constitution of Ukraine, determines the principles of internal and foreign policy, the foundations of national security, forms the legislative framework in this area, approves decisions on the introduction of a state of emergency and martial law, mobilization, determination of the general structure, number, and functions of allies and participation in military-political alliances; professionalism of the personnel of the armed forces; the size of military expenditures, the state of military science and the nature of military doctrine. These factors are important objects of Ukraine's military policy. Because it is the effective functioning of the security and defense sector and defense in conditions of limited state resources and the consistent and constructive support of Ukraine by the international community that is the key to the successful provision of socio-political and socio-economic development and regional security, the restoration of peace in Ukraine. Without proper legislative support, the national security system of Ukraine will be formal and unable to protect the rights and freedoms of the Ukrainian people. The article uses a number of general scientific, legal, and philosophical methods and approaches. The worldview position of the authors is determined by the development of the modern complex state of our country, martial law, challenges, globalist military intervention of Russia, etc. All this requires characteristic approaches and methodological expansion of the problem on the basis of the civilizational approach, conceptual approaches of jurisprudence with the application of systemic methods. The theoretical and practical significance of the study includes a comprehensive analysis of the outlined issues of institutional support of the problem of national security in Ukraine at the legislative level.
