TL;DR: In this paper , Papillary carcinoma was detected in the ectopic area of the thyroid gland in the presence of an unchanged thyroid gland of natural localization, and an extremely rare disease was presented and an examination algorithm was proposed that is recommended to exclude unusual pathology in the absence of a response to ongoing conservative treatment.

[Neck lipoblastoma: a review of the literature and an original observation].
TL;DR: It is concluded that the benign character of this neoplasm predetermines the favourable outcome of its treatment; however, there is a risk of incomplete dissection of the tumour and its relapse.

TL;DR: Management strategies for patients with PFAPA syndrome include symptomatic treatment with antipyretics, short-term glucocorticosteroid therapy, and tonsillectomy, and the majority of patients have complete resolution ofPFAPA symptoms by the age of 7 regardless of the type of therapy.
