Beam suppression of the DRAGON recoil separator for 3He(α, γ)7Be
S. Sjue,B. S. Nara Singh,P. Adsley,L. Buchmann,M. Carmona-Gallardo,Barry Davids,Jennifer Fallis,B. R. Fulton,N. Galinski,N. Galinski,U. Hager,Michael Hass,D. Howell,D. Howell,D. A. Hutcheon,Alison Laird,L. Martin,D.F. Ottewell,S. Reeve,S. Reeve,Chris Ruiz,Götz Ruprecht,S. Triambak +22 more
TL;DR: In this article, the DRAGON recoil separator was used to measure the absolute cross-section of the radiative capture reaction at the focal plane of the separator, which was shown to be background free.

TL;DR: In this paper, a Monte Carlo simulation code has been written to model the ε-ray line shape and an upper limit of ε l 12$ fs at 95% C.L. has been obtained for the astrophysically important 7787 keV state.
Inelastic scattering of 9Li and excitation mechanism of its first excited state
H. Al Falou,H. Al Falou,R. Kanungo,Corina Andreoiu,D. S. Cross,Barry Davids,M. Djongolov,Aaron Gallant,Aaron Gallant,N. Galinski,N. Galinski,D. Howell,D. Howell,Ritesh Kshetri,D. Niamir,J. N. Orce,J. N. Orce,A. C. Shotter,S. Sjue,Isao Tanihata,Ian J. Thompson,S. Triambak,M. Uchida,P.L. Walden,Robert B. Wiringa +24 more
TL;DR: The first measurement of inelastic scattering of 9 Li from deuterons at the ISAC facility is reported in this article, where the measured angular distribution for the first excited state confirms the nature of excitation to be an E2 transition.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors measured the lifetimes of the 6.18 and 6.86 MeV states to be $\ensuremath{-}1.2}^{+0.28em}{0ex}}\mathrm{fs}$ [68.3% C.L.).
