TL;DR: Testing the hypothesis that fixed-moderate dose hydroxyurea therapy for primary stroke prevention results in a 66% relative risk reduction when compared to fixed low-dose hydroxyUREa therapy in a randomized controlled trial, found it to be effective.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors investigated the effect of transport layer in the diversion capacity of natural capillary barrier system using laboratory slope model and found that a transport layer formed with gravel material was more effective in diverting the infiltrating water compared to that of gravelly sand.
