In line with an intensified call for conducting business in a greener and more sustainable way, sustainability-related entrepreneurship has become an important subfield of entrepreneurship research. The variety of terms, such as "sustainable entrepreneurship", "ecopreneurship", "environmental entrepreneurship/enviropreneurship", and "green entrepreneurship", reflects the fragmented and inconsistent findings of this research field. Based on the one-pillar model of sustainable development, i.e., ecological sustainability, we present the first systematic review of the literature on ecological sustainable entrepreneurship. This analysis of 114 scientific articles reveals a strong focus on the drivers of engagement in ecological sustainable entrepreneurship, the drivers of conducting business in an ecological sustainable way, the strategic actions taken by ecological sustainable enterprises, and the outcomes, enabling factors and challenges of ecological sustainable entrepreneurship. Based on this thematic clustering, we develop an integrative framework for ecological sustainable entrepreneurship and a coherent agenda for future research. This work may help researchers to take stock of the existing literature and advance this research field.

Doing business in a green way: A systematic review of the ecological sustainability entrepreneurship literature and future research directions

The manufacturing sector is one of the major sources contributing towards economies as well as environmental pollution. Contributing to the theory of ability motivation opportunity theory, the aim of the current study was to investigate the mediating role of organizational citizenship behavior towards the environment on the relationship between green human resources management (green recruitment and selection, green training, green rewards, and green performance evaluation), corporate social responsibility, and sustainable performance (economic, social, and environmental performance). The quantitative survey research design was used in the current study and structured questionnaires were distributed for the collection of data. The cross-sectional data were collected from 150 firms. Sample of the study was consisted of HRM managers, directors. Total 200 questionnaires were distributed but 150 completed responses were received and analyzed. A structured questionnaire was used. For data analysis, smart partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was used. The measurement model and the structural model were developed and tested in the study. The measurement model aim was to investigate and establish reliabilities and validities of the instrument while to test hypotheses structural model was formulated/developed. Results revealed that the instrument was found reliable and valid; the instrument has met all standard criteria for average variance extracted, composite/construct reliability factor loadings, and alpha values. While structural models illustrated that all hypotheses are accepted. It is concluded from the results that organizational citizenship behavior towards the environment significantly mediated the relationship between corporate social responsibility and green human resource management practices. This implies that organizational citizenship behavior towards environment significantly effects sustainable performance. The originality of the current study lies in highlighting corporate social responsibility, green human resources management practices to enhance sustainable performance through organizational citizenship behavior towards environment.

“Co-opetition” is the term which defines a hybrid behavior comprising competition and cooperation concurrently. Co-opetition strategy extends the traditional rules of competition and collaboration strategies. In this paper, we aimed to explain the co-opetition relationship between rivals by using the assumptions of the population ecology approach. We have collected data from two industries having different levels of entrant and exiting rates to compare population-originated drivers of co-opetitive relationships. We have evaluated generally the effect of entering and exiting of rivals in the industry on co-opetition tendency of firms in both industries. To embody the assumptions of population ecology approach, we have used age, size, and niche width of organizations. By compassion two industries we found that there is no difference among industries for getting co-opetition against entering and exiting of rivals in the industry in general. Despite age and size of firms does not lead to difference among industries, niche width is important for the firms in construction sector for getting co-opetition.

Industrial Drivers of Co-opetition Among Organizations: A Sector-Based Research Within the Context of Population Ecology Approach

Arastirmanin amaci, vakif yuksekogretim kurumlarinda algilanan hizmet kalitesinin ogrenci memnuniyeti uzerindeki etkisinin tespit edilmesidir. Arastirmada bir vakif yuksekogretim kurumundan 231 ogrenci ile anket calismasi yapilmistir. Toplanan verilere SPSS 22 paket programi araciligi ile faktor analizi, guvenilirlik analizi, tanimlayici istatistikler, korelasyon ve regresyon analizi yapilmistir. Arastirma kapsaminda yapilan analizler sonucunda vakif yuksekogretim kurumlarinin sagladigi hizmetlerin ogrencilerin memnuniyetlerini yuksek duzeyde aciklama gucune sahip oldugu sonucuna ulasilmistir.  Egitim kurumlarinda yonetimin kalitesi, egitim kalitesi, destek hizmetlerinin kalitesi ve donusturme kalitesi, ogrencilerin memnuniyetini onemli duzeyde etkilemektedir. Ancak sosyallesme alanlari, kampuslerin fiziksel kalitesi, akademisyenlerin tutum/davranislari ve egitim mufredatinin ogrenci memnuniyeti uzerinde anlamli bir etkisi bulunmamaktadir.

The favor of domestic and foreign elements is an important factor in the rise of the stock market index, and in this context, it is expected that foreign capital coming to the country will play a role in increasing the stock market. Foreign capital investments, which come to the stock market in particular and to the country in general for investment purposes, lead to the concept of debt burden after a while and may cause that country to be considered risky. Problems in foreign debt and its solvency make the country risky, and when such a situation arises, it is possible that the country's stock market will be adversely affected. In other words, the hypothesis that foreign capital inflows affect the stock market positively up to a certain level and that it will affect the stock market negatively after a certain level is exceeded has been the subject of examination in the Turkish economy. For the period between 1998:1Q-2021:4Q, stock market and debt data were subjected to time series analysis. Since the series were stationary at the first difference, FMOLS regression analyzes were performed in order to clearly reveal the relationships between the variables considered. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the stock market index was positively affected by the increases in debt up to a certain level; However, when a certain debt threshold level is exceeded, it has been determined that debt negatively affects the stock market.
