Background: KMK 667/KM.01/2022 states that there are several areas for improvement in current conditions, such as government financial data that needs to be integrated and the absence of a single platform that provides comprehensive information and profiles of taxpayers/service users/payers. Some of these shortcomings may have a negative impact.
Aim: This study aimed to analyze the impact of synergy on performance in the Ministry of Finance’s secondment program.
Method: This study uses a positivism approach because it used theory as a starting point for research. The researcher’s position was outside the theory and the research object. The data and information collected were tested to confirm the research hypotheses. Literature studies were carried out by collecting and studying literature related to the themes and objects studied, such as books, journals, other research, articles, laws and regulations, official reports, and other supporting documents. The population in this study was 56 secondment teams scattered all around Indonesia in 2022, assessed by the monitoring and evaluation team and a census technique to have an accurate conclusion because all population members were included as the sample.
Findings: The analysis resulted in the conclusion that synergy positively affects performance in the Ministry of Finance's secondment program. Good cooperation, feelings of mutual openness and mutual trust emerged among the participants of the secondment program because there was a common perception of a goal that needed to be achieved together.

The Synergy Impact on Performance: Study of the Ministry of Finance’s Secondment Program

Abstract: This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the Electronic Performance System (E-Kinerja) for employees at the Social Service Office of Gowa Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The data were obtained through observation, followed by interviews and documentation involving informants at the Social Service Office of Gowa Regency. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the Electronic Performance System for employees at the Social Service Office of Gowa Regency has been fairly effective in terms of work efficiency and effectiveness. The system provides convenience for employees in preparing and evaluating their predetermined performance targets. In addition, this system has also encouraged the development of a work culture that is more transparent, measurable, structured, and efficient. However, in its implementation, the e-performance system also faces several challenges, such as limited technological literacy among employees, particularly those of older age or unfamiliar with digital devices, and technical obstacles such as network disruptions and slow system performance. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of internal communication on employee performance, work discipline on employee performance and teamwork on employee performance at the Office of the Regional House of Representatives of Gowa Regency. This type of research is quantitative research with a sample of 43 respondents using a questionnaire as data collection. The analysis used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using the SPSS V.24 application. The results showed that: 1. Internal communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 2. Work discipline has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, and 3. Teamwork has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh profesional, akuntabel, sinergi, transparan, dan inovatif (PASTI) terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Balai Pemasyarakatan (Bapas) Kelas I Makasssar. Terdapat 70 orang pegawai yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini.Metode yang digunakan adalah mentode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan bantuan software SPSS.23.00 untuk mengolah data.Ada beberapa pengujian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini seperti uji uji validitas, uji realibilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji Heteroskedastisitas, uji partial dan uji determinasi. Terdapat 5 hipotesis yang di uji kan dalam penelitian ini dan hasil yang diperoleh bahwa variabel profesional terhadap kinerja pegawai menunjukkan hasil postif signifikan, pada pengujian kedua akuntabel terhadap kinerja pegawai menunjukkan hasil postif signifikan, pengujian hipotesis ketiga menunjukkan pengaruh yang tidak signifikan antara sinergi terhadap kinerja pegawai, pada pengujian hipotesis keempat transparan terhadap kinerja pegawai menunjukkan hasil postif sgnifikan, pengujian hipotesis kelima menunjukkan pengaruh positif signifikan antara inovatif terhadap kinerja pegawai.Bagi peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan dapat meneliti dengan variabel-variabel lain di luar variabel yang telah diteliti ini agar memperoleh hasil yang lebih bervariatif yang dapat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Keywords : profesional, akuntabel, sinergi, transparan,inovatif, kinerja

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of financial literacy on business strategy and performance of MSMEs in Makassar City. As for Financial Literacy as an independent variable, business performance as the dependent variable and business strategy as a mediating variable. The study used a descriptive quantitative approach using secondary data, namely by distributing questionnaires to 125 micro, small and medium enterprises in Makassar City. Data on MSME were obtained from the Makassar Cooperative and MSME Service. With non-probability purposive accidental sampling method. The research data was processed using SPSS 23 statistical software by performing the classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test) which was then analyzed by multiple regression and descriptive analysis, then the research hypothesis was partially tested and the coefficient of determination was tested. The results of this study are financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on business strategy and business performance. Revealing that with good financial literacy, MSME actors will carry out the right business strategy and with every increase in financial literacy for MSME actors it will also improve their business performance. And the results of the mediation of the business strategy variable show that with financial literacy, MSME actors will carry out business strategies that result in better business performance

Pengaruh Literasi Keuangan Dan Strategi Bisnis Terhadap Kinerja Usaha Mikro Kecil

Desa Sunggumanai di Kecamatan Pattallassang, Kabupaten Gowa, memiliki potensi pertanian yang melimpah, khususnya tanaman singkong. Namun, pemanfaatannya selama ini masih terbatas pada bagian umbi, sementara daun singkong belum dimaksimalkan dan sering dianggap limbah. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan nilai tambah hasil pertanian lokal melalui inovasi produk kripik daun singkong yang bernilai ekonomi dan berpotensi menjadi produk unggulan desa. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan dalam empat tahap utama, yaitu (1) sosialisasi dan penyadartahuan masyarakat, (2) pelatihan dan pendampingan teknis pengolahan produk, (3) penguatan kelembagaan usaha melalui BUMDes Bonto Sunggu Manai, serta (4) uji coba pemasaran, monitoring, dan evaluasi. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan selama tiga bulan (Agustus–Oktober 2025) dengan melibatkan kelompok perempuan, pelaku UMKM, dan pengurus BUMDes sebagai peserta utama. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat mengenai pemanfaatan daun singkong sebagai bahan baku olahan pangan, serta tumbuhnya kesadaran untuk mengembangkan usaha berbasis potensi lokal. BUMDes berhasil membentuk unit usaha baru yang mengelola produksi dan distribusi kripik daun singkong secara kolektif. Selain itu, produk yang dihasilkan telah diuji di pasar lokal dan memperoleh respon positif dari konsumen. Dengan demikian, program PkM ini berhasil mendorong kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat desa, memperkuat kapasitas kelembagaan BUMDes, serta menciptakan lapangan kerja baru melalui pengolahan hasil pertanian secara berkelanjutan. Inovasi kripik daun singkong ini menjadi bukti bahwa potensi lokal, jika dikembangkan dengan pendekatan edukatif dan partisipatif, mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat sekaligus mendukung tujuan pembangunan desa berbasis pertanian tanpa limbah.

This condition is different from leverage, in that high leverage is proven to be able to make a significant contribution in increasing firm value.

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mendalami dan mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, kedisiplinan dan etika terhadap kinerja pegawai aparatus sipil negara. Penelitian ini di lakukan pada Kantor Pemerintah Kecamatan Tamalate, Makassar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai yang berstatus Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di Kantor Kecamatan Tamalate dan Kelurahan di Wilayah Kecamatan Tamalate yang berjumlah 77 orang. Karena jumlah populasi relatif sedikit, maka metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus yaitu seluruh populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel . Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei yakni penggunaan data primer yang diperoleh secara langsung dari sumber aslinya. Metode yang digunakan adalah mentode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan bantuan software SPSS.23.00 untuk mengolah data.Ada beberapa pengujian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini seperti uji uji validitas, uji realibilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji Heteroskedastisitas, uji partial dan uji determinasi. Terdapat 4 hipotesis yang di uji kan dalam penelitian ini dan hasil yang diperoleh bahwa motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, kedisiplinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, etika berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, secara simultan motivasi, kedisiplinan dan etika berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Keywords : Motivasi, kedisiplinan, etika, kinerja
