Adsorption of Brilliant Green dye from aqueous solution onto red clay
Muhammad Saif Ur Rehman,Muhammad Saif Ur Rehman,Muhammad Munir,Muhammad Ashfaq,Naim Rashid,Naim Rashid,Muhammad Faizan Nazar,Muhammad Danish,Jong-In Han +8 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the effect of experimental factors such as pH (2-10), particle size (58-150μm), adsorbent dose (0.3-1.5), contact time (5-1500min), initial dye concentration (20-100mg/L), and temperature (25-65°C) on the adsorption of Brilliant Green (BG) dye was investigated.

Effective Adsorptive Removal of Methylene Blue from Water by Didodecyldimethylammonium Bromide-Modified Brown Clay.
Muhammad Munir,Muhammad Faizan Nazar,Muhammad Nadeem Zafar,Muhammad Zubair,Muhammad Ashfaq,Ahmad Hosseini-Bandegharaei,Salah Ud-Din Khan,Ashfaq Ahmad +7 more
- 29 Jun 2020
TL;DR: Sorption of MB onto DDAB-BC showed maximum efficiency and maximum sorption capacity and agreed well with pseudo-second-order kinetics at optimal values of pertinent factors: dye concentration, pH, and temperature.

Mode of inheritance and genetic variability of some of the traits in mungbean vigna radiata (l.) wilczek
Muhammad Zubair,Saif Ullah Ajmal,Muhammad Munir,Muhammad Anwar +3 more
- 01 Jan 2007
TL;DR: Combining ability analysis was carried out in an 8x8 parent complete diallel of mungbean, and high SCA variance for pods per plant, seeds per pod and grain yield per plant showed the importance of nonadditive gene action for these traits.

Adaptability study of exotic sugarcane clones under Faisalabad agro-climatic conditions.
Muhammad Zafar,Shafiq Ahmad,Muhammad Munir,Abdul Ghaffar,Shahid Bashir,Muhammad Saeed,Muhammad Zafrullaha Khan,Muhammad Afzal +7 more
TL;DR: To evaluate 186 clones at primary Nursery stage (Phase-I) against standard variety CP-77-400 a non replicated single row trial was laid out and 45 clones having desirable birx % growth and other quantitative characters were selected and were promoted to Advance Nursery trial while 141 clones were rejected due to undesirable characters.

Morphological & physiological study of exotic sugarcane clones at advance nursery stage.
Muhammad Zafar,Shafiq Ahmad,Muhammad Munir,Abdul Ghaffar,Shahid Bashir,Muhammad Walayat Ali,Muhammad Afzal +6 more
TL;DR: To evaluate 110 clones against standard variety CP77-400 a non replicated double row trial was laid out and 72 clones were rejected, due to poor growth, pithiness, low brix %age, aerial roots, cracks sprouts disease susceptibility, insect/pest infestation, hairiness lodging and short needed length respectively.
