TL;DR: In this paper , the authors explored the effects of communication management practices, clarity in the scope of the construction project, and organizational culture to enhance project success and found that a competent project manager can play a better role in preventing the uncomfortable influences of independent variables on the dependent variable, highlighting the importance of adequately handling organizational culture, communication management, and clarity to achieve project success.

TL;DR: In this article , the authors synthesize the related literature to understand spatial variations of natural hazards due to climate changes across Pakistan, and use the Emergency Events Database (EM-DAT), National Aeronautics and Space Administration Global Landslide Catalog (NASA-GLC), National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), and Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) to analyze spatial discrepancies and vulnerabilities to natural hazards.

TL;DR: In this article , a district-level map that illustrates the multi-hazard zones of various regions in Pakistan was created, where the frequency and intensity of natural hazards due to climate change vary from place to place and there is an urgent need to recognize the spatial variations in natural hazards inside the country.
