ChatGPT OpenAI merupakan teknologi mesin berbasis kecerdasan buatan yang dilatih untuk bisa menirukan percakapan manusia menggunakan teknologi NLP (Natural Language Processing). Pada kenyataannya ChatGPT dapat dimanfaatkan untuk menghasilkan suatu tulisan yang cukup ilmiah atau bahkan buku dengan prompt yang dirumuskan di awal dengan teknik yang baik dan efektif. Sehingga peluang inovasi menggunakan teknologi ini terbuka lebar untuk pendidikan di Indonesia, salah satunya dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menulis peserta didik di sekolah/kampus untuk meraih enam kompetensi yang dibutuhkan di Era Education 4.0. Enam kompetensi itu adalah berpikir kritis, kolaborasi, komunikasi, kreativitas, pendidikan karakter dan kewarganegaraan. Hasil eksperimen yang dilakukan menggunakan ChatGPT dapat menghasilkan suatu tulisan berjumlah 693 kata di mana hasil ini masih bisa dikembangkan lebih lanjut untuk penugasan berikutnya bagi peserta didik. Total waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk menyelesaikan eksperimen ini lebih kurang 7 menit, termasuk waktu untuk mendokumentasikan hasil pemrosesan ChatGPT, namun tidak termasuk waktu untuk merumuskan dua prompt yang baik dan efektif sebelum eksperimen dilakukan.

Penggunaan ChatGPT Untuk Pendidikan di Era Education 4.0: Usulan Inovasi Meningkatkan Keterampilan Menulis

Untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan disekolah tidak hanya peran kepala sekolah tetapi juga peran seorang guru yang berkualitas juga sangat berpengaruh. Guru memiliki tugas sebagai pengajar, selain itu guru juga sebagai pendidik yang melakukan transfer nilai-nilai sekaligus sebagai pembimbing yang memberikan pengarahan dan menuntun siswa dalam belajar. Untuk itu guru harus berperan aktif dan menempatkan kedudukannya sebagai tenaga professional yang bekerja dengan kinerja yang tinggi. Kinerja guru akan optimal, bila diintegrasikan dengan komponen sekolah, baik kepala sekolah maupun sarana prasarana kerja yang memadai. Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang efektif akan tercipta apabila kepala sekolah memiliki sifat, perilaku dan keterampilan yang baik untuk memimpin sebuah organisasi sekolah. dalam perannya sebagai pemimpin, kepala sekolah harus mampu mempengaruhi semua orang yang terlibat dalam proses pendidikan terutama guru, dan akhirnya mencapai tujuan dan kualitas sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru SMP AGUS SALIM Semarang Tahun Pelajaran 2012/2013. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah guru yang mengajar di SMP AGUS SALIM Semarang Tahun Pelajaran 2012/2013 yang berjumlah 21 guru. Oleh karena populasi dalam penelitian ini kurang dari 100, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket untuk mengetahui kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kinerja guru. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil statistic deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata frekuensi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah (X) sebesar 81,58%. Nilai tersebut termasuk dalam kategori “ Baik “ karena berada pada rentang interval 68% – 84%. Dengan demikian kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang dilaksanakan di SMP AGUS SALIM SEMARANG tahun pelajaran 2012/2013 dapat dikatakan dengan interpretasi baik. Hasil statistic deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata frekuensi kinerja guru (Y) sebesar 82,74%. Nilai tersebut termasuk dalam kategori “ Baik “ karena berada pada rentang interval 68% – 84%. Dengan demikian kinerja guru  di SMP AGUS SALIM SEMARANG tahun pelajaran 2012/2013 dapat dikatakan dengan interpretasi baik. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kiner guru SMP AGUS SALIM Semarang Tahun Pelajaran 2012/2013. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji F dimana, nilai F = 26,605 > 4,451 (nilai Ftabel, F(0,05;1,17) = 4,451) dan sig = 0,000 < 5%  ini berarti Ho ditolak, Ha diterima artinya variabel independen kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen kinerja guru. Maka dengan kata lain variabel independen kepemimpinan kepala sekolah mampu menjelaskan besarnya variabel dependen kinerja guru. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan kepala sekolah secara berkelanjutan membina dan mengevaluasi pelaksanaan tugas guru agar tercapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan secara optimal. Kepala sekolah dan guru hendaknya pula menjaga iklim sekolah yang nyaman dan aman agar tercipta suasana pembelajaran yang kondusif.   Kata Kunci : kepala sekolah, kinerja guru, kepemimpinan

espanolLa gestion del conocimiento se ha convertido en un tema de interes para academicos y profesionales, quienes reconocen su impacto positivo sobre el rendimiento de todo tipo de organizaciones, dentro de las que se incluyen las Instituciones de Educacion Superior, sin embargo, estas presentan unas condiciones particulares que deben considerarse. Por tal razon, este articulo tiene como objetivo caracterizar la gestion del conocimiento en estas instituciones a partir de una reflexion teorica. El estudio consiste en una revision bibliografica de diseno cualitativo, aplicando la tecnica de analisis e interpretacion de contenidos a documentos de caracter cientificos, hallados en diversas bases de datos. Los resultados revelan que la gestion del conocimiento es un proceso que adquiere gran relevancia para las Instituciones de Educacion Superior en su esfuerzo por desarrollar exitosamente sus funciones sustantivas, no obstante, existen algunas dificultades que limitan su proceso de implementacion. Para contribuir a superar estos desafios, se propone un modelo de gestion del conocimiento compuesto por 4 fases: identificacion, creacion, distribucion y medicion; adaptado adecuadamente al funcionamiento de estas organizaciones. Se concluye que, la gestion del conocimiento es una tarea pendiente para estas, pero el modelo propuesto puede ser un punto de partida para alcanzar resultados significativos EnglishKnowledge management has become a topic of interest for academics and professionals, who recognize its positive impact on the performance of all kinds of organizations, including Higher Education Institutions, however, these present conditions individuals to be considered. For this reason, this article aims to characterize knowledge management in these institutions based on theoretical reflection. The study consists of a bibliographic review of qualitative design, applying the technique of content analysis and interpretation to scientific documents, found in various databases. The results reveal that knowledge management is a process that acquires great relevance for Higher Education Institutions in their effort to successfully develop their substantive functions, however, there are some difficulties that limit their implementation process. To help overcome these challenges, a knowledge management model is proposed consisting of 4 phases: identification, creation, distribution and measurement; adequately adapted to the operation of these organizations. It is concluded that knowledge management is a pending task for them, but the proposed model can be a starting point to achieve significant results.

Pendidikan memiliki tujuan untuk mencetak generasi yang cerdas dan memiliki karakter yang berbudi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi merdeka belajar pada MIN 1 Wonosobo yang berdasar pada KMA Nomor 183 dan 184 tahun 2019. Menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Objek yang diamati adalah MIN 1 Wonosobo.  Data berupa dokumen. Strategi penelitian menggunakan analisis isi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan KMA Nomor 183 tahun 2019 mengenai perancangan kurikulum di MIN 1 Wonosobo dirancang dengan berbagai pola, diantaranya adalah penggunaan struktur kurikulum yang berlaku pada semua mata pelajaran umum dan Mapel PAI- Bahasa Arab untuk  semua kelas. Kurikulum pendukung seperti intrakurikuler, kurikuler dan ekstrakurikuler. Kemudian KMA Nomor 184 tahun 2019 mengenai pedoman implementasi berupa program prioritas, pengembangan diri dan pendidikan kecakapan hidup. Sedangkan untuk implementasi merdeka belajar, MIN 1 Wonosobo belum sepenuhnya menerapkan. Hal ini dibuktikan dari tabel yang menunjukkan banyaknya beban belajar dan mengajar.

Impelementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar di MIN 1 Wonosobo

This study reviewed about the implementation of integrating Islam and science in curriculum practice at two science Pesantrens both in Sragen and Jombang. The research method used in this study was documents study which focused on the detail curriculum existed in both Science Pesantrens (Trensain) Tebuireng Jombang and Sragen. The documents were taken from their Pesantren Web. Data analysis was conducted by using descriptive qualitative analysis. The result of the study shows that education in those Sragen and Jombang Science Pesantren (Trensain) is a form of creativity in the framework of integration of Islam and natural science. Further, it combines models between school institution and Pesantren. Their integration framework refers to normative power (Quran and Sunnah), philosophical power, strengthening the mastery of natural science, and power of foreign language mastery.

The phenomenon of globalization affects all sectors including higher education in Indonesia. This research aimed to determine strategic planning, research activities, and curriculum of internationalization policy. The research used qualitative approach in State Islamic University of Yogyakarta and State Islamic University of Malang. The results showed that strategic planning of internationalization is coordinated in all levels. The international curriculum is through foreign language and multicultural skills. The development of international scientific journal cited internationally and the development of lecturers for scientific publications cited internationally cited. State islamic universities performed internationalization with competency perspective.

Manajemen Pendidikan Tinggi di Era Revolusi Industri 4.0

Islamic education (Madrasah) mostly accepts students with economic backgrounds whose parents are poor. their psychological performance is low as they lack self-confidence, and also lack achievement motivation. In strengthening psychological performance, it can be intervened through students’ participation both in student organizations and extracurricular activities in school. This study aimed to determine the development of positive values in students at the educational unit level and the follow-up of its development at the ministerial level. This research used descriptive qualitative approach by observing, interviewing and collecting supporting documents. Research subjects and informants were sampled from the education unit level and the ministry level. Data validity was performed by triangulation sources and methods, while data analysis method employed interactive analysis. The results indicate that the development of positive values in students at the educational unit level includes academic skills development, social-emotional development, leadership development and self-confidence in all areas of extracurricular activities. Follow-up development at the ministerial level is in the form of competitions within the framework of developing these skills. This finding explains the importance of extracurricular activities to improve a positive personality and the character of Islamic secondary school students. With this, every school must try to encourage and design the right steps for students involved in extracurricular activities.
