TL;DR: It is demonstrated that genomic imprinting at 16q24.1 plays an important role in variable ACDMPV manifestation likely through long-range regulation of FOXF1 expression, and may be also responsible for key phenotypic features of maternal uniparental disomy 16.
Labial salivary gland involvement in neonatal hemochromatosis: a report of 2 cases and review of literature.
TL;DR: 2 cases of neonatal hemochromatosis are reported, of which a labial salivary gland biopsy supported the diagnosis, and a positive finding of salvary gland siderosis on biopsy will expedite care.
